HJC Marshall Inspection Services provides professional, objective residential inspections throughout Hernando, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties. With more than 10 years of inspection experience, our goal is to give homeowners and buyers clear, accurate information about the condition of their property.
We take a thorough, practical approach to every inspection. We document observed conditions, explain what we find in plain language, and recommend further evaluation when a condition warrants additional investigation.

I am a lifelong resident of Tampa Bay. I grew up here. I went to High School and College here. I've spent my career working for local governments including Hillsborough County and the City of St. Petersburg.

This inspection is designed for owners a 1 Year Builder Warranty. Before the end of the builder's warranty period we thoroughly inspect the property to uncover potential defects and provide clients with a detailed report for warranty claims.
03.Construction Draw Inspection
Our construction draw inspection service verifies progress at different phases of new home construction.
04.Insurance Inspections
4-Point and Wind Mitigation Inspections are used by Insurance Companies to underwrite Home Insurance policies. We evaluate the condition of the major systems in your home - including roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
